Amitabh Shukla is an award-winning film Editor based in Mumbai. A Graduate
of the Film & Television Institute of India, Shukla holds a Masters in
Business Administration from the Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar,
majoring in Finance and Systems.
Shukla has edited some of the highest grossing Hindi cinema of the last
decade including the award-winning films, ‘CHAK DE INDIA’, ‘KRRISH’,
‘NAMASTE LONDON’ , ‘PAHELI’, ‘CHALTE CHALTE’ and many more. Due to his
expertise in digital
techonology he is considered a leading resource in the
area of film postproduction in India.
Shukla serves as Technical Head at Shah Rukh Khan’s entertainment firm, Red
Chillies International. He also serves as Visiting Faculty at the Department
of Film Editing at the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune,
India’s premier graduate film school.
